We offer FREE SHIPPING through Australia Post, Fastway and Courier Please. All orders are dispatched within 1 business days after payment. The tracking number will be provided after the order has been shipped out. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-14 business days depending on your location within Australia

We will check the quality of every item for a possible defect before shipment to avoid Returns. Please make sure that once received, to always check the item for a possible damage during shipment or an incorrect item has been shipped out so we can assist you right away.
Super Paws Vitacare reserves the right to decline an exchange or refund where a fault is caused by misuse or neglect. Proof of purchase is required. You will be required to take the item to the Post Office and return back to us.
